Right after check-in, our smoke alarm started beeping constantly due to a low battery, but Erin sorted it out immediately without any hassle. Truly exceptional customer service, highly recommend!

Harry was exceptional, providing the highest caliber of service and advice. If ever Harry wasn’t around, Ben was briefed to tackle anything that came up. There pictures (done in house) were also the best of the other estate agents we’ve worked with in the past.

We had a very smooth experience throughout the whole process, from viewing the property and signing the tenancy agreement to moving in. The team has also been very quick and helpful in responding to our maintenance queries.
A special thank you to Erin for all her help and prompt communication. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome box, which included snacks, furniture discount vouchers and a detailed guide to the flat. The guide was particularly useful and helped us quickly understand what all the different switches and controls were for.
